DAY 01
Cochin to Munnar
(135 km | Approx. 3 Hours)
Our travel executive will greet you on arrival at Cochin Airport, Railway Station, or Bus Terminal and stay with you throughout the trip ahead. Setting off toward Munnar, the drive itself turns scenic with stops at Cheeyappara and Valara Waterfalls, and the first sight of sprawling tea estates marking your entry into the hill station famously called the lover’s paradise. On reaching Munnar, settle into your hotel and unwind for the rest of the day. Overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 02
Munnar Sightseeing
Start the day with breakfast in Munnar’s crisp mountain air before heading out to take in the region’s best-loved spots, including the Flower Garden, Photo Point, Honey Bee Tree, Mattupetty Dam, Echo Point, Kundala Dam, Eravikulam National Park (Rajamala), Anamudi and Blossom Park. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Munnar to Thekkady

After breakfast, check out and drive toward Thekkady, also known as Periyar. The day’s exploration covers the Periyar Tiger Reserve and Periyar Lake, along with bamboo rafting through Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, a stop at Mangaladevi Temple for a spiritual pause, lake boating, and a jungle safari. Visit the breathtaking Chellarkovil Waterfalls to cap off the day. Overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 04
Thekkady to Alleppey Houseboat
(155 km | Approx. 4 Hours)
Proceed to Alleppey, also referred to as the Venice of the East, after checking out after breakfast. See the International Coir Museum, St. George Ferona Church, St. Andrew’s Basilica Arthungal, Krishnapuram Palace, and the glittering Alleppey and Marari beaches along the route. Get on your private houseboat and spend 21 hours floating through this dynamic backwater paradise—a must-do experience for any trip to Kerala. Spend the night on the houseboat.
DAY 05
Alleppey to Kanyakumari

After breakfast on the houseboat, set off on a longer drive to Kanyakumari, the southernmost tip of mainland India. Kanyakumari to Kovalam

Rise early to catch the sunrise at Kanyakumari before setting off toward Kovalam. After breakfast, the route takes you through Trivandrum, Kerala’s capital city, with stops at the Kuthira Malika Palace Museum, Sree Chithra Art Gallery, the Zoological Park, and the sacred Padmanabhaswamy Temple. In the evening, return to Kovalam to enjoy its coastline, including Hawah Beach, Lighthouse Beach, and Ashoka Beach. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Kovalam Local Sightseeing
After breakfast, spend the day exploring Kovalam, a haven for beach lovers. Highlights include Kovalam Beach, the iconic cylindrical lighthouse at Vizhinjam, Aazhimala Siva Temple, and Groove Beach, where boating and parasailing await. Kovalam to Cochin or Drop at Trivandrum
(230 km | Approx. 7 Hours)
After breakfast, check out for your final leg. If your drop point is Thiruvananthapuram (formerly Trivandrum), a repeat tour of the city’s key attractions can be arranged. As you make your way to Cochin, fondly known as the **Queen of the Arabian Sea**, discover the city’s rich cultural and colonial heritage with visits to iconic attractions such as St. Francis Church, Santa Cruz Basilica, the famous Chinese Fishing Nets, Mattancherry Palace, the Jewish Synagogue, the Dutch Palace (remains closed on Fridays), and the picturesque Marine Drive promenade.
As your eight days across Kerala and the southern coast come to a close, our travel executive will drop you at Cochin Airport, Railway Station, or Bus Terminal, sending you home with a suitcase full of memories.

- All meals (breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner) included during the houseboat stay in Alleppey.
EXCLUSIONS DETAILS
- GST of 5% is additional and is not included in the package cost.
- Mandatory Gala Dinner charges on 24th December (Christmas Eve) and 31st December (New Year's Eve), if applicable, are not included in the package cost.
- An additional 2.5% processing fee applies to payments made using online credit cards.
- Expenses for personal activities or optional experiences mentioned in the itinerary are excluded.
- Any personal expenses such as shopping, laundry, tips, telephone calls, or meals outside the stated inclusions are not covered.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Above rates are calculated based on the hotels and room categories mentioned. If the room type is not specified, the package cost is calculated using the hotel's base category room.
- Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the advance payment and subject to hotel availability.
- If the selected hotels are unavailable, we will inform you and provide alternative hotel options. Package rates may increase or decrease based on the hotel selected.
- Hotels are selected based on your budget and our customer feedback system. We recommend checking hotel reviews and locations before confirming the package.
- Dream Holidays does not have any hidden charges except for lunch, dinner (all meals on the houseboat are included), and personal expenses. If anyone requests extra payment during the trip, please inform us immediately. We will not be responsible for payments made without our knowledge.
- Any extra bed or breakfast charges for children not included in the package must be paid directly by the guest as per the hotel's policy.
- Christmas (24th December) and New Year's Eve (31st December) Gala Dinner charges will be charged at actual cost.
- Periyar wildlife boating tickets can be booked online in advance through the official Periyar Foundation portal.
- Driver and vehicle will be available from 08:00 AM to 07:00 PM (except on special request).
- Vehicle kilometer charges are calculated from garage to garage.
- Breakfast is not included on the day of arrival.
- The company is not responsible for missed sightseeing or destinations due to political strikes, roadblocks, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Rooms in Munnar and Thekkady are Non-A/C unless otherwise mentioned. If you require A/C, you may upgrade by paying the additional charge directly at the hotel, subject to availability.
