DAY 01
Airport to Cochin
(40 km | Approx. 1 Hour)
When you arrive at Cochin Airport, Railway Station, or Bus Terminal, our travel executive will greet you and help you begin your journey. Visit well-known sites like St. Francis Church, Santa Cruz Basilica, the famous Chinese fishing nets, the Kerala Folklore Museum, the Indo-Portuguese Museum, Mattancherry Palace, the Jewish Synagogue, and the Marine Drive, in which you can also take a leisurely boat ride, to start your journey of the historic city of Cochin, which is widely referred to as the Queen of the Arabian Sea. After a day of sightseeing and exploration, head back to your hotel of choice for an all-night stay.
DAY 02
Cochin to Munnar
(135 km | Approx. 3 Hours)
After breakfast, set out for Munnar. Along the way, pause at the cascading Cheeyappara and Valara Waterfalls and watch the tea plantations unfold, your first glimpse into the hill station often called the lover’s paradise. After arriving, check into your hotel and spend the remainder of the day comfortably. Overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 03
Munnar Sightseeing
After a refreshing breakfast in the cool mountain air, spend the day discovering Munnar’s beauty, with visits to the Flower Garden, Photo Point, Honey Bee Tree, Mattupetty Dam, Echo Point, the famous Kundala Dam, Eravikulam Nature Reserve , Anamudi Point, and Blossom Park. Overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 04
Munnar to Thekkady
(30 km | Approx. 1 Hour)
Check out and drive to Thekkady after breakfast. Spend the day exploring the Periyar Tiger Reserve, Periyar Lake, and bamboo rafting through Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. Visit Mangaladevi Temple for a touch of spirituality, enjoy lake boating and a jungle safari, and take in the breathtaking Chellarkovil Waterfalls. Overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 05
Thekkady to Alleppey Houseboat
(30 km | Approx. 1 Hour)
After breakfast, check out and drive to Alleppey. On the way, discover Krishnapuram Palace, the International Coir Museum, St. George Ferona Church, St. Andrew’s Basilica Arthungal, and the golden sands of Alleppey Beach and Marari Beach. Step aboard your private houseboat for an unforgettable 21-hour stay, drifting through Kerala’s most iconic backwater paradise. Overnight stay on the houseboat.
DAY 06
Alleppey to Cochin
(70 km | Approx. 2 Hours)
Immediately after breakfast, complete the check-out procedures and depart for Cochin. If your departure schedule allows, take the opportunity to explore some of the city’s renowned heritage attractions, including St. Francis Church, Santa Cruz Basilica, the iconic Chinese Fishing Nets, Mattancherry Palace, the Jewish Synagogue, the Dutch Palace (which remains closed on Fridays), and the Marine Drive walkway. At the end of your memorable six-day Kerala holiday, our representative will transfer you to Cochin Airport, the Railway Station, or the Bus Terminal, marking the conclusion of a journey filled with unforgettable experiences and cherished memories.
INCLUSIONS DETAILS
- Complimentary pickup and drop-off at the airport, train station, or bus terminal.
- Daily complimentary breakfast.
- Children below 5 years of age travel complimentary.
- Our driver will provide information about the destinations in English or Hindi during your journey.
- All driver allowances, fuel expenses, toll fees, parking charges, road taxes, and interstate permit charges are included.
- All sightseeing tours, surface transportation, and hotel-to-hotel transfers as per the itinerary.
- All meals (breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner) included during the houseboat stay in Alleppey.
EXCLUSIONS DETAILS
- GST of 5% is additional and is not included in the package cost.
- Mandatory Gala Dinner charges on 24th December (Christmas Eve) and 31st December (New Year's Eve), if applicable, are not included in the package cost.
- An additional 2.5% processing fee applies to payments made using online credit cards.
- Expenses for personal activities or optional experiences mentioned in the itinerary are excluded.
- Any personal expenses such as shopping, laundry, tips, telephone calls, or meals outside the stated inclusions are not covered.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Above rates are calculated based on the hotels and room categories mentioned. If the room type is not specified, the package cost is calculated using the hotel's base category room.
- Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the advance payment and subject to hotel availability.
- If the selected hotels are unavailable, we will inform you and provide alternative hotel options. Package rates may increase or decrease based on the hotel selected.
- Hotels are selected based on your budget and our customer feedback system. We recommend checking hotel reviews and locations before confirming the package.
- Dream Holidays does not have any hidden charges except for lunch, dinner (all meals on the houseboat are included), and personal expenses. If anyone requests extra payment during the trip, please inform us immediately. We will not be responsible for payments made without our knowledge.
- Any extra bed or breakfast charges for children not included in the package must be paid directly by the guest as per the hotel's policy.
- Christmas (24th December) and New Year's Eve (31st December) Gala Dinner charges will be charged at actual cost.
- Periyar wildlife boating tickets can be booked online in advance through the official Periyar Foundation portal.
- Driver and vehicle will be available from 08:00 AM to 07:00 PM (except on special request).
- Vehicle kilometer charges are calculated from garage to garage.
- Breakfast is not included on the day of arrival.
- The company is not responsible for missed sightseeing or destinations due to political strikes, roadblocks, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Rooms in Munnar and Thekkady are Non-A/C unless otherwise mentioned. If you require A/C, you may upgrade by paying the additional charge directly at the hotel, subject to availability.
