DAY 01
Cochin to the Hills of Munnar
(135 km | Approx. 3 Hours)
Your honeymoon begins the moment our travel executive welcomes you at Cochin Airport, Railway Station, or Bus Terminal. As the drive winds toward Munnar, pause together at the cascading Cheeyappara and Valara Waterfalls and watch the tea plantations unfold across the hillsides, a fitting introduction to what locals call the lover’s paradise. Check in to your hotel and spend your first evening as newlyweds unwinding in the cool mountain air. Overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 02
Discover Munnar Together
After a leisurely breakfast, step out to explore Munnar’s quiet charm hand in hand. Wander through the vibrant Flower Garden before pausing at the scenic Photo Point for a memorable couple’s photograph. Proceed to the Honey Bee Tree, Mattupetty Dam, Echo Point, Kundala Dam, Eravikulam National Park, and Anamudi Peak, all of which highlight Munnar’s breathtaking scenery. Round off the day at Blossom Park before returning to your hotel for the night. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Munnar to Thekkady

After breakfast, check out and drive to Thekkady, a destination cherished for its dense forests and quiet wildlife trails. Check in to your hotel and spend the day exploring together, from the Periyar Tiger Reserve to the calm waters of Periyar Lake. Bamboo rafting, a leisurely nature walk thru the sanctuary, or a boat ride across the lake are all options available to you and your partner. These activities allow you to slow down and enjoy the wilderness together. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Thekkady to Alleppey Houseboat
(146 km | Approx. 4 Hours)
After breakfast, check out and travel to Alleppey, fondly known as the “Venice of the East.” Step aboard your private houseboat for an unforgettable stay, a floating retreat built for two. Drift past paddy fields, quiet villages, swaying coconut groves, and the vast Vembanad Lake as the backwaters reveal Alleppey’s gentle rhythm of life. Enjoy drinks, snacks, lunch, and dinner on board, each meal a chance to savour authentic Kerala cuisine together as the sun sets over the water. Overnight stay on the houseboat.
DAY 05
Alleppey to Cochin
(70 km | Approx. 2 Hours)
After breakfast, check out and begin the drive back to Cochin, the Queen of the Arabian Sea. If time permits, discover Kochi’s rich heritage together by visiting iconic attractions, including Mattancherry Palace, the Dutch Palace (closed on Fridays), St. Francis Church, Santa Cruz Basilica, the Jewish Synagogue, the famous Chinese Fishing Nets, and the scenic Marine Drive walkway. As your five days together as a married couple draw to a close, our travel executive will drop you at Cochin Airport, Railway Station, or Bus Terminal, sending you home with a romantic journey of memories to last a whole lifetime.

- Complimentary pickup and drop-off at the airport, train station, or bus terminal.
- Daily complimentary breakfast.
- Children below 5 years of age travel at no additional cost.
- Our driver will provide information about the destinations in English or Hindi during your journey.
- All driver allowances, fuel expenses, toll fees, parking charges, road taxes, and interstate permit charges are included.
- All sightseeing tours, surface transportation, and hotel-to-hotel transfers as per the itinerary.
- All meals (breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner) included during the houseboat stay in Alleppey.
EXCLUSIONS DETAILS
- GST of 5% is additional and is not included in the package cost.
- Mandatory Gala Dinner charges on 24th December (Christmas Eve) and 31st December (New Year's Eve), if applicable, are not included in the package cost.
- An additional 2.5% processing fee applies to payments made using online credit cards.
- Expenses for personal activities or optional experiences mentioned in the itinerary are excluded.
- Any personal expenses such as shopping, laundry, tips, telephone calls, or meals outside the houseboat and stated inclusions are not covered.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Above rates are calculated based on the hotels and room categories mentioned. If the room type is not specified, the package cost is calculated using the hotel's base category room.
- Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the advance payment and subject to hotel and houseboat availability.
- If the selected hotels are unavailable, we will inform you and provide alternative hotel options. Package rates may increase or decrease based on the hotel selected.
- Hotels are selected based on your budget and our customer feedback system. We recommend checking hotel reviews and locations before confirming the package.
- Dream Holidays does not have any hidden charges except for personal expenses (all meals on the houseboat are included). If anyone requests extra payment during the trip, please inform us immediately. We will not be responsible for payments made without our knowledge.
- Any extra bed or breakfast charges for children not included in the package must be paid directly by the guest as per the hotel's policy.
- Christmas (24th December) and New Year's Eve (31st December) Gala Dinner charges will be charged at actual cost.
- Periyar wildlife boating tickets can be booked online in advance.
- Driver and vehicle will be available from 08:00 AM to 07:00 PM (except on special request).
- Vehicle kilometer charges are calculated from garage to garage.
- Breakfast is not included on the day of arrival.
- The company is not responsible for missed sightseeing or destinations due to political strikes, roadblocks, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Rooms in Munnar and Thekkady are Non-A/C unless otherwise mentioned. If you require A/C, you may upgrade by paying the additional charge directly at the hotel, subject to availability.
